Thursday 6th August The Lamplighter

There was an article in the Guardian by BBC Radio 6 Music’s Cerys
Matthews, aka Dr Crotchety, on her top twelve populist ukulele songs.
In true form, we only play two of these which is one more than the
group the link came from, I guess they do wagon wheel which every
group seems to do now.

Now on to the songlist

Blowin in the wind
Fat bottomed girls
I saw her standing there
Ring of fire
Sunny afternoon
Baker Street
If you could read my mind
You and I
Ruby
Teenage Kicks
Common People

That’s it we are at the Lamplighter again this week so hopefully see
you all then.

A big thanks to everyone that came on Saturday the school raised £800

We are not at Sainsburys this week if you didn’t recieve the email letting you know the venue please contact myself or Mick
